Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Mandarum services. By creating an account or otherwise using the platform, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

Mandarum provides a runtime and control plane for AI agents, including orchestration, policy enforcement, observability, and integrations. We may evolve the service over time.

2. Your account

You are responsible for credentials, access, and activity in your workspace. Use SSO and SCIM for production.

3. Acceptable use

• No use that violates law or third-party rights
• No attempts to bypass policy controls intended for safety
• No reverse engineering of restricted components

4. Your data

You retain all rights to your data. We process it only to provide the service, per our Data Processing Addendum.

5. Fees & billing

Fees are described in your order form or the Pricing page. Usage above plan caps is billed monthly.

6. Confidentiality

Each party will protect the other's confidential information with the same standard it uses for its own (and no less than reasonable care).

7. Warranty disclaimer

The service is provided as-is. We disclaim implied warranties to the extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of liability

Our aggregate liability will not exceed the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate for material breach uncured after 30 days' notice.

10. Governing law

Delaware law governs, exclusive of conflict-of-laws rules.
